By accessing or using the Fast Cyber Defense website, client portal, or any of our cybersecurity services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

Fast Cyber Defense provides professional cybersecurity services including penetration testing, SOC consulting, incident response, compliance assistance, and security training. Each client engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed prior to commencement.

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the individual engagement contract. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Clients engaging Fast Cyber Defense agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
• Obtain all necessary authorisations before penetration testing begins (written permission for all in-scope systems).
• Ensure that testing activities do not violate any third-party agreements or laws.
• Promptly review and act on deliverables and findings reports.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access provided to Fast Cyber Defense.

Use of this website is permitted for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or associated systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• Submit false or misleading information through contact or application forms.
• Scrape or automatically harvest data from the website without written permission.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, reports, and code — is the intellectual property of Fast Cyber Defense or its content suppliers, protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Client deliverables (e.g., penetration test reports) are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use upon full payment. Fast Cyber Defense retains ownership of methodologies, tools, and proprietary frameworks used to produce deliverables.

Fast Cyber Defense treats all client information, findings, and systems with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose engagement details to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.

Clients agree to keep all Fast Cyber Defense methodologies, pricing, and proprietary tools confidential. Specific NDA terms are typically included in the engagement agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fast Cyber Defense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or business — arising from your use of the website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
